The building, which houses multiple commercial units and food outlets, was acquired by new owners who sought a comprehensive evaluation of their fire safety systems, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers, followed by ongoing maintenance and support to ensure long-term safety and compliance.

Liberty Systems carried out detailed initial audits in accordance with all relevant British Standards and current legislation.

A comprehensive report was provided to the management of Sailmakers Shopping Centre, detailing the findings of the audit, including identified deficiencies, compliance gaps, and recommended actions.

Beyond the initial audits Liberty Systems proposed a tailored maintenance plan, including regular inspections, testing, and servicing of all fire safety systems to ensure ongoing compliance and functionality, the service team at Liberty systems take care of all service dates and agree visits with management, meaning the centre management team can focus on other priorities whilst the Liberty Systems team takes care of planning, organising and executing the fire safety compliance.
