Grange Precinct is a combined multi level retail premises located in the centre of Birkenhead

Liberty Systems were asked by the Management company to replace the existing fire alarm system which was no longer operational with a brand new system throughout the commercial premises.

Liberty systems provided a brand new Advanced Electronics Open Protocol MX Pro5 system throughout, including interfaces monitoring fire and fault conditions within each retail unit as well as management controls and alert functions as part of the false alarm management for the site.

In addition to this we interfaced to to the sprinkler system throughout the site, allowing management to monitor the status of the sprinkler equipment 24 hours a day, providing ARC monitored signals of isolation of sprinkler equipment and valves, water tank alarms and confirmed fire signals designed to minimise attendance times for fire and rescue services and to limit false alarms.

The service team provide through servicing of the systems in a close working relationship with the on site management at the shopping centre, including 24 hour support.
