Residential Development - Leicester

Fire Safety Systems provided on another residential development by Liberty Systems, this time on a large scale new development site in Leicester.

The developer, Redrow Homes instructed Liberty Systems to provide open protocol fire detection and alarm systems, Smoke Control, Emergency Lighting and Passive Fire Protection.

Liberty Systems projects team and system designers completed full system documentation to meet the requirements of Clause 40 (BS 5839-1) and Regulation 38 to ensure compliance, simplified building control sign off and to ensure an easy handover to the new residential management company.

As well as being a requirement for all systems, this also provides clear system details, allowing for the safe and effective ongoing management of the system.
