Residential Development - Chesterfield

Fire Safety Systems provided on another residential development by Liberty Systems, this time on a new development Situated in the heart of Chesterfield.

The developer instructed Liberty Systems to provide open protocol fire detection and alarm systems along with integrations to smoke control and residential sprinkler systems.

To allow the management company to effectively manage the premises, Liberty Systems installed 24 hour central station (ARC) monitoring to the system, a feature which can be easily added to any of our systems.

Liberty Systems projects team and system designers complete full system documentation to meet the requirements of Clause 40 (BS 5839-1) and Regulation 38 to ensure compliance, simplified building control sign off and to ensure an easy handover to the new residential management company.

As well as being a requirement for all systems, this also provides clear system details, allowing for the safe and effective ongoing management of the system.
